Dairyland Inc. Purchases Nokomis, Florida, Properties
Nokomis, FL, March 2, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Dairyland Inc., a Rhode Island-based corporation owned and managed locally, has purchased two local commercial properties in a 1031 exchange.
The first property is 1,537 square feet of flex space at 3449 Technology Dr., Unit 309, in Nokomis. It sold for $123,000.
Shortly thereafter, Dairyland purchased another 1,537 square feet, Unit 306 in the same development, for $129,000.
