Dallas Cowboys Legend Tony & Janet Dorsett To Host Star Studded Charity Gala During Super Bowl for the Gift For Life Foundation
Hall of Fame Running Back & Dallas Cowboys football legend Tony Dorsett, and his wife Janet are hosting the Super Bowl Superstars Charity Gala. Confirmed to attend are a host of NFL legends, celebrities, & entertainers including the Black Eyed Peas.
Online, February 2, 2011 (Newswire.com) - As the world turns its attentions to Dallas, TX for Super Bowl XLV celebrities, sports legends, captains of industry and media alike will congregate at The Fashion Industry Gallery Thursday February 3, 2011 to join honorary chairs Tony & Janet Dorsett for the Ron Springs & Everson Walls Gift For Life Foundation Superstars Super Bowl Charity Gala. Red carpet begins at 8PM, and the stars are coming out in large numbers to support this great cause.
The Ron Springs & Everson Walls Gift for Life Foundation in a nonprofit organization focused on reducing the amount of people suffering from chronic kidney disease, and ultimately save lives. After Ron Springs' successful kidney transplantation from Everson Walls, the two partnered to form the foundation with the goal of providing education, early detection and prevention of chronic Kidney disease; to build awareness and educate minorities on the donor process; and to provide access to services and education in underserved communities across the US.
The Superstars Super Bowl Charity Gala will include live entertainment by Bruce Hornsby, as well as Emerald City Band. Attendees will enjoy a casino night with prizes, a silent and live auction, an outdoor cigar bar, cuisine prepared by LeCordon Bleu Cooking School, and an open bar donated by Republic Beverage.
