Daniella Mogg Joins Kelley Kronenberg's Tampa Office

Tampa, FL, March 11, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Kelley Kronenberg, a full-service law firm, announced that Daniella Mogg joined the firm’s Tampa office as an attorney. Ms. Mogg focuses her practice on Real Property Litigation, primarily involving mortgage foreclosure actions.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Ms. Mogg was a solo practitioner for two years, specializing in landlord and tenant matters, contract disputes, and consumer collections. She is also an experienced estate planning attorney, having drafted multiple trusts, wills, advanced healthcare directives, and other estate planning documents.

Her background encompasses six years of experience, litigating contested mortgage foreclosure matters for several large national banks and mortgage servicers. She has also participated in various loss mitigation efforts. Ms. Mogg has attended hundreds of mediations and is skilled in the areas of loan modification, short sale, and deed-in-lieu.  Additionally, she has significant experience handling consumer collections matters, representing plaintiffs in small claims, county, and civil court.

Ms. Mogg earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, cum laude, from Arizona State University and her Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. During law school, she studied abroad in Italy, Jamaica and the Cayman Islands, earning a Certificate in International Law. She is fluent in Spanish and Italian.

Ms. Mogg is admitted to practice law in Florida.
