DaoPay is predominantly used for purchases of digital content such as virtual goods, in-game purchases, membership/subscription fees and other services. Clients using DaoPay’s payment services include Facebook, IMVU, Innogames, Nexxon, Gameforge amongst many others around the globe.
DaoPay expects to process the highest number of transactions in company history this year.
DaoPay, a 100% privately owned company, said the transaction will be closed in the third quarter of this year.
