DataBank Acquires OSAM Document Solutions Inc.

Online, November 1, 2012 (Newswire.com) - DataBank IMX, LLC (DataBank) announced today that it has acquired OSAM Document Management Solutions Inc. (OSAM) headquartered in Phoenix, AZ.
