Stokes, M.D., to its orthopaedic and sports medicine practice, bringing experience in general orthopedics and sports medicine to patients in North Fulton, South Forsyth and Gwinnett counties in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area. Affiliated with the Gwinnett Medical Center Duluth and Lawrenceville locations, Dr. Stokes sees patients in the OrthoAtlanta Johns Creek and Gwinnett offices.
Dr. David Stokes, together with Dr. Thomas Cadier and Dr. Tuan Bui, joined OrthoAtlanta effective September 1, 2015, choosing to close their physician practice, Orthopedic Surgery, P.C., and migrate their respective practices and patients to OrthoAtlanta.

Dr. David Stokes is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He holds professional memberships with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Georgia Orthopaedic Society and Medical Association of Georgia. He graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro and East Carolina University School of Medicine. After completing his orthopedic residency at the University of South Alabama, College of Medicine, Dr. Stokes completed a prestigious sports medicine and arthroscopy fellowship at the Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center in Jackson, MS. Dr. Stokes, his wife and children reside in Atlanta.
