David Neagle to Share Business and Mindset Tips with Entrepreneurs at Meet the Media Day
Online, September 16, 2011 (Newswire.com) - David Neagle, a business and mindset coach who has helped many of his clients become millionaires, will be a guest speaker at PR expert Lisa Elia's Meet the Media Day, on October 15. 300 small business owners and entrepreneurs are expected to gather at the event to learn how to build their businesses and increase their visibility through publicity and to have the rare opportunity to hear directly from 12 TV and radio producers and print media writers about their likes, dislikes and desires when being pitched, during a live Q & A session. The event takes place from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 15, at the Fairmont Miramar, located at 101 Wilshire Boulevard, Santa Monica, Calif.
"It's crucial for small business owners to continue learning how to expand their businesses and develop the right mindset, tools and information to lead them to success," says the event's creator Lisa Elia, CEO and founder of the Los Angeles-based firm, Lisa Elia Public Relations. "With the combination of David Neagle's wisdom, the clear and direct information the media panelists will share and the strategies and tools I will provide, people will leave Meet the Media Day ready to move into action."
Elia started her first firm over 20 years ago and has helped thousands of clients to grow their businesses and gain national attention in media outlets that include the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Inc., O Magazine, CNN, USA Today, Time, Self, Fitness, and hundreds of others. At Meet the Media Day, she will share her step-by-step plan for securing media attention and the newest PR strategies. She will bring volunteers on stage and conduct impromptu media training and coaching sessions and answer questions from the stage. Attendees will receive an action guide containing specific PR tips, questionnaires and information, prepared by Elia and her team.
This is the second Meet the Media Day event that Elia and her team have held. After overwhelmingly positive feedback from attendees and the press panel last year, Elia has decided to make this an annual event. Next year's event is already being planned and sponsored.
