DCC and GES Merge

Online, May 3, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Lexington, KY-Global Environmental Services (GES) and Digital Controls Corporation - Managed Print Group (DCC) announced today that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement, which will be effective as of April 14, 2011 under which GES and DCC will consolidate operations. The merger will form a new division under the GES flagship name to be called GES Print Solutions. The terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
