"When I was younger, there were two things that I was interested in: school board work and I was interested in becoming a realtor. When I turned forty I experienced a metamorphosis. I was done having kids and I decided it was my turn and so I became a realtor and I ran for the school board at the same time. I have always loved working with people. My degree was in early childhood education, so right out of college I expanded on that and began to work as a child life specialist in hospitals with chronically ill children so that their brains wouldn’t experience atrophy. I have always been deeply fascinated by and inspired to help people."
