DebtFreeAmerica.com Fundraising For Muscular Dystrophy Association Executive Lock-Up

Online, April 11, 2011 (Newswire.com) - The tax deductible donations help the Muscular Dystrophy Association continue research into the cause and possible cure of more than 40 neuromuscular diseases. The MDA has set a pre-event donation goal of $31,000.00. DebtFreeAmerica.com is accepting donations on behalf of the MDA with a minimum goal of $3,000.00. Donations can be made online or personal checks payable to Muscular Dystrophy Association will be accepted at the corporate address prior to April 21.

MDA provides wheelchairs, clinic visits, flu shots, support groups and summer camp sponsorships to the hundreds of thousands of children and adults living with neuromuscular disease. Local MDA offices also often provide wheelchair repairs or refurbished equipment from their "Loan Closet". This equipment can be used until a child out grows it.
