Deepawali Celebrations at Way To Transform Shridhar University Pilani Rajasthan
With students from various parts of the country enrolled for different degree programmes, the Shridhar University Diwali celebrations spread over the entire week truly represented the unfolding of the Indian cultural mosaic.
Online, November 8, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Whatever be the latitude or longitude from where one comes from; Deepawali means one and the same. The main buildings of the University which include the majestic Radhakrishnan Block and the Vivekananda Block were illuminated with an assortment of lights. The entire campus of Way to Transform Shridhar University was shining on Diwali's amavasya night. Indeed the University was glittering like a jewel in the Shekawati crown of the desert state of Rajasthan.
Chancellor Mr Vijay Pal Yadav the dreamer behind Shridhar Univeristy kick started the Diwali week with the distribution of customary gift packets. Prof BR Natarajan Pro Vice Chancellor and Prof Nesamoorthy Registrar led the celebrations throughout the week which ended with display of fireworks on Friday night.
