Defense Industry Executive Supports Wounded Soldiers with Personal Participation in Triathlon Event and Matching Fundraising

CEO Is Dedicated to Helping The Wounded Warrior Project Benefiting U.S. Armed Forces

New York, NY, October 25, 2010 - Julian Setian, CEO of defense services company SOS International (http://www.sosiltd.com), is dedicated to helping U.S. troops through personal participation and matching fundraising on behalf of The Wounded Warrior Project, which provides programs and services to severely injured service members during the time between active duty and transition to civilian life. Setian is preparing for a charity triathlon as part of the Ford Motor Company's IRONMAN Florida fundraiser in Panama City Beach, FL on November 6, 2010. The IRONMAN event includes a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike trail, and a 26.2-mile run.

Setian wants to raise awareness for the non-profit organization, The Wounded Warrior Project which was founded by a group of veterans who took action to help the injured service men and women of this generation. He was recently inspired by the hope and determination of troops who were injured in combat in Iraq and Afghanistan whom he met on a recent visit to Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington, DC.

In addition to Setian's intense training schedule in preparation for the athletic contest consisting of three different events, swimming, cycling and long distance running, he has set a fundraising goal of $25,000 which he will personally match. Those wishing to donate can do so through Setian's website, www.julian4woundedwarriors.com, and click on the 'Donate Here' tab at the top of the web page.

"Training and raising money for this event is my personal way of giving back to members of the U.S. Armed Services," Setian explains. "It's also a great way to show the defense contractor community our commitment in helping our troops who constantly put their lives in harm's way."

Previously Setian ran in the Timberman Ironman competition in Lake Winnipesaukee in Gilford, NH in which he ranked in the top 15th percentile in his age group.

Setian is CEO of SOS International, Ltd. (SOSi), a privately-owned consulting firm now in its third decade of providing support to the U.S. government and commercial clients in the Defense and Aerospace industry.
