Deliver an Enchanting Bedtime: New Website Fairytalez.com Allows Anyone to Enjoy Beloved Stories From Around the World
Cincinnati, October 27, 2015 (Newswire.com) - The words and magic of “Once upon a time” have captivated audiences for centuries, and continue to inspire wonder with fairy tale-themed television shows, books, and movies. We are proud to announce Fairytalez.com, which lets visitors read favorite fairy tales and folktales on any screen.
Featuring a collection of over 2,100 stories at press time, Fairytalez.com is an ad-free website that shows the magic and lore of storytelling by collecting fairy tales the world over in one place. All tales are organized by region and author, with a thorough biography for each category. For parents who want to read the stories aloud, Fairytalez.com has provided an estimated reading time and reading level.
"Today's bedtime tales aren't just in books, as stories are also shared from iPads, Kindles, and smartphones. This doesn't mean we need to abandon the stories of old. We found a way to use technology to let anyone share the magic of these fairy tales with their family. If you still miss the feeling of paper, we also made it possible to download a nice PDF file to be printed."
Bri Ahearn, Editor in Chief
Visitors to Fairytalez.com will find not only favorite stories by the Brothers Grimm or Hans Christian Andersen, but also lesser-known tales from Brazil, Japan, and other regions. Each story has been optimized to display cleanly on tablets, iPads and other mobile devices. A companion browser-based app is now available for download for users in the Apple and Google app stores.
The inspiration behind Fairytalez.com came after the creators’ children asked for new tales, and they realized the internet lacked a place where the world’s tales were collected and dislayed in a format that was easy to read on mobile screens.
Fairytalez.com is updated weekly, with new stories added from all over the world and visitors can request their favorites as well. The website may now be visited at Fairytalez.com
