DevelopIntelligence Supports the Food Bank of the Rockies
DENVER, April 13, 2020 (Newswire.com) - DevelopIntelligence has a history of giving back. Annually the technical learning solutions company puts more than 2% of its profits back into the community.
The need to aid those who are adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in the state of Colorado is urgent, however. With that in mind, this week the company gave the Food Bank of the Rockies a $2,500 cash donation. DevelopIntelligence team members also promised to do a day of service with the organization to help out in person once the pandemic is over.
The Food Bank of the Rockies is the largest of five food banks that make up an organization called “Feeding Colorado.” So, it has significant reach in the state, thus a broader impact on a larger community of Colorado residents.
“We are grateful for DevelopIntelligence’s generous gift during this unprecedented time. With so many of our neighbors facing lost wages, help is needed now, more than ever. These funds allow us to distribute 10,000 nourishing meals and immeasurable hope to people in our community struggling with hunger,” said Erin Pulling, president and CEO of Food Bank of the Rockies.
If you’re interested in donating to Colorado residents in need, click the “send a gift today” tab on the website: https://www.foodbankrockies.org. The Food Bank of the Rockies is considered an essential business, so it is open and accepting donations of various kinds during the national shelter-in-place mandate.
“We are so grateful to our clients around the world. Their support for us is ultimately the reason we are able to extend a helping hand to others and donate during this unprecedented time of need,” said Kelby Zorgdrager, CEO & Founder, DevelopIntelligence.
