Devon Rios Joins IBMC Greeley Front Desk Team

Online, October 18, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Devon Rios has been hired to the position of Part-Time Front Desk Specialist I at the Institute of Business and Medical Careers in Greeley, CO, located at 5400 West 11th Street, Suite D.

The primary responsibilities of a Front Desk Specialist I involve carrying out tasks that support the daily operations for the Greeley campus, including: customer service, organization, reception area management, appointment scheduling, data entry, and administrative support for all departments as needed. Rios will be the first point of contact the public and the students make with IBMC, answering phones and greeting everybody who walks through the front doors.

Excellent customer service is a skill of Rios'. She brings experience from Garden Square Assisted Living, Cinemark Theatre, TJ Maxx, and Afni, Inc., where she honed her cash-handling, multi-line phone, and organizational talents.

Rios graduated in September of this year from IBMC's Greeley Campus with an Administrative Assistant Certificate. She completed her externship for this program at Garden Square Assisted Living, where supervisors praised her for her hard work and ethics.
