Dictum Health Welcomes Kirk Misaka as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
OAKLAND, Calif., March 29, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Dictum Health, Inc. — innovators in acute, post-acute, and remote patient monitoring — today announced Kirk Misaka as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Treasurer. Mr. Misaka joins Dictum Health after an esteemed career that includes 20 years in public accounting and 17 years in private industry. Mr. Misaka has provided strategic leadership in many successful mergers and acquisitions of diverse global enterprises as well as the full spectrum of equity and debt financings.

Prior to joining Dictum Health, Mr. Misaka held various executive positions at Zhone Technologies from 2000 to 2017, including CFO, Treasurer, and Secretary and was a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG LLP from 1980 to 2000, becoming a partner in 1989. Mr. Misaka earned a B.S. and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Utah, and an M.S. in Tax from Golden Gate University.
