Digital Phone Service ITP VoIP Offers a Wide Array of Traditional and New Phone Plan Features
ITP VoIP, an Internet Telephone Provider, now includes Advanced Call Forwarding and Voicemail to E-mail, as well as many other new, convenient features.
Online, April 8, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Internet telephone provider ITP VoIP recently added new features to its already extensive list of services. Available at www.ITPVoIP.com, the VoIP hosted PBX company empowers small and medium-sized businesses to achieve instant credibility and efficiency through Advanced Call Forwarding, Voicemail to Email or Text and other choice functions.
These new additions offer more comprehensive personal services ideal for business and residential clients alike. ITP VoIP telephones now have a "Wake Up Call" option, which enables customers to set their phones to work as alarms by calling them in the morning. With Advanced Outbound Callback, customers are able to control which telephone numbers, such as international telephone numbers, can be dialed from their phones. By simply clicking a button, consumers are able to record important conversations with Call Recording. With Advanced Call Forwarding, people can now forward phone calls based on time of day. Voicemail to Email or Text allows customers to either get a text notification alerting them of each new voicemail or to have their voicemail sent to email.
All of the new amenities are included in each of ITP VoIP's digital phone plans, bolstering the hosted PBX provider's existing array of functions, including Anonymous Call Rejection, Instant Call Records, Three Way Calling, and Local Number Portability. Anonymous Call Rejection is available for people looking to prevent anonymous or restricted phone calls from reaching them. ITP VoIP customers may log into their accounts and toggle the on/off Anonymous Call Rejection option found on top of the control panel. Or, they may dial *77 from their internet phones to activate the block and *87 to deactivate it. By logging into their online accounts, clients may view their Instant Call Records, which are detailed accounts of phone conversations. The Local Number Portability option permits new digital phone customers to keep their existing telephone numbers; all they have to do is send in a completed Letter of Agency (LOA) form (available in the Help Section of www.ITPVoIP.com) and most recent phone bill to ITP VoIP, and the digital phone provider will handle everything else.
Additional services are available for individual flat low monthly rates. E-fax or Email Fax, is available to customers for $9.99 a month and includes 500 free pages. A global cellular plan is only $4.99 a month and does not require a change of phone number. It is perfect for ITP VoIP participants with family or friends outside the country. Softphones make staying in touch easy by providing digital phone service on a computer or laptop. At $9.99 a month, business owners and college students alike are able to afford it. And, ITP's virtual phone numbers are designed for people who need to be reached in multiple locations.
ITP VoIP also supplies features standard telephone providers offer, such as three way calling. Setting up a three way call with ITP VoIP is similar to setting up a three way call with a traditional phone company. Someone making a three way call establishes a call with the first party and then must press the phone switch-hook or flash button to get a second dial tone. After dialing the phone number of the second party, the original caller once again either presses the switch hook or flash button to conference.
