Dinner 911: Emergency Help Is Here
Sensible and Immediate Dinner Solutions Designed for the Everyday Cook
Online, March 2, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Wish someone could rescue your dinner? Need a lifeline to save your failing efforts? Are you desperate for a delicious meal? Help has arrived!
Organizing Dinner is pleased to announce its "Dinner 911" web forum, a source for immediate answers to your pressing cooking questions. The new forum provides vital information and inspiration, all with the success of everyday cooks in mind.
Kelly Donlea, owner of Organizing Dinner (a company that provides cookbooks and cooking classes aimed to organize the dinner process for nightly success), launched the "Dinner 911" forum in response to the frequent e-mails and phone calls she received from friends and clients at dinnertime. Common crunch-time questions included "I don't have Worcestershire sauce, what can I substitute?" and "What can I make with the ingredients I have on my shelf?" and "Should I cover this recipe while cooking, or leave it uncovered?" The most common concern Donlea hears is "I just don't have time to go to the store!"
In order to manage Organizing Dinner's increasing audience, Donlea started the "Dinner 911" forum. Although she hopes to answer most questions personally, fellow foodies can jump in with their advice when Donlea is unavailable. Donlea follows up the posts and moderates the answers provided.
"I look forward to providing a forum with real answers for real everyday cooks," she says. "There are a lot of resources out there for people who are already good cooks. My company is different. Our strategies are aimed at those who need to cook and want to cook but don't know where to start. 'Dinner 911' is another way I can encourage unsure cooks that they can succeed with just a little coaching and a point in the right direction."
Dinner should be a time where a family can come together to enjoy a meal and enjoy one another. This website is intended to bring organization to your life and good food to your table.
