Anthony rice launched a new kickstarter campaign for Evacu8me & DirectMii, an unique and never done before pictorial route guide system that will help anyone to navigate through a building based on their physical condition.“I believe that if you can help a physically disabled person to browse through a building or in emergency if you can help them to get out of the building, then you can easily help anyone. And that’s where our system comes in the picture.” Said Anthony rice, a 51 year old creator working as a disability access officer.

Fire and rescue services welcomed the ability for people with disabilities to get out of a building in an emergency evacuation.

“We are working hard to transform this system into a fully automated by partnering with top universities in UK. It will be capable of sending a request for help to attending rescue officer in case of an emergency.”An easy to use mobile application had been designed by disabled peoples that will help everyone to find any spot in the building. It uses pictorial guides to help users to find a way in and out of the building, routes available to go anywhere in the building according to their physical condition or in case of emergency to find exit points along with floor arrows. When fully developed, the app will be customizable in multiple languages and will be freely available to download.

Users can buy the app if they want more features in it which are available only in pro version. The application finds wide range of opportunities including fire and rescue services, hotels and theme parks, universities, shopping malls, hospitals, airports etc. Once the plan is downloaded, app can be used offline without the need for Internet connection.“We have already developed android version and our team of experienced developers is working hard to finish iOS version.” The creator adds further.

“We believe that this is a social tool that our society needs. A big margin of the money that we will get through this app will be donated to not-for-profit charitable trusts to support their daily running costs.”The campaign will be running until Thursday Oct 8 2015 with stretch goal defined at £29000 where backers are allowed to pledge starting from just $5. In exchange for pledging to the project, backers are offered a nice bracelet with whistle buckle in different colors, made up of very strong parachute chord and the whistle can be used to attract the officials in case of an emergency.
