Visitors can take part in a number of activities that aim to bring people together in a fun and social environment while increasing spiritual awareness.
People can get in touch with their spiritual side through a series of meditation and yoga classes that will be available throughout the event. A special yoga class will also be taking place which will be setting the record for the largest in Africa with approximately 1,000 people expected to take part.
For those looking for a more relaxing and soothing experience there will be the chance to experience massage and reiki classes while listening to live performances of world music.
Within the festival will be stalls selling clothing and crafts from exotic destinations as well as wellness products to send people away feeling completely refreshed. Anyone feeling hungry on the day can also sample local delicacies from the Chinese, Mexican and Indian food displays.
Entertaining audiences on the day will be live acts of Indian dancing, nia and capoeira and traditional African dances. Visitors using Cape Town hotels can catch all of the action at Maynardville Park on Saturday 20th November 2010 from 09:00 to 18:00.
Lek Boonlert, marketing head at DirectRooms.com commented: "The festival will see hundreds of people in attendance and hotels will be much busier as a result. Anyone planning on visiting the city should reserve accommodation well in advance to prevent any lack of availability during the time of the event."
