DirectRooms.com - Hong Kong plays host to Spring and Summer Fashion Week in July 2010

Online, June 6, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Hong Kong will this summer host one of the fashion world's most spectacular fairs in the shape of the Hong Kong Spring and Summer Fashion Week to be held at the city's Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC).

Literally hundreds of brand name and individual labels will be on show in the event's exhibition hall and buyers from all around the world will be looking to pick up the next big thing and make them famous.

Last year's event saw more than 1,000 exhibitors on show and the Fair enjoyed a weekly attendance total in excess of 13,000. Exhibitors were mainly from the Asia market but there were also a fair amount from Europe and the USA.

With this year's attendance expected to outstrip 2009 the hotels Hong Kong has located near the HKCEC are expected to be doing bumper business, with the best rooms already being snapped up and booked.
