DirectRooms.com - Joining Halloween Horror Festival in Dublin this October
Online, September 16, 2010 (Newswire.com) - The organisers of this event are inviting fans and enthusiasts of Horror, Gothic, Bram Stoker and Dracula to join them on this fantastic new voyage into the world of horror.
April 2012 is the Bram Stoker Centenary and the new and revitalised Stoker Dracula Organisation is incorporating its 20th International Summer School into this Halloween Horror Festival, which they are holding in the very fitting Clontarf Castle. The venue is full of character with its baronial gothic feel and of course Clontarf is Bram Stokers hometown, making it the perfect setting.
The Festival is considered to represent a bright new future for Stoker Dracula. All the events being held are going to be different from any that have gone before. They will be dazzling and more of a challenge in the chilly Clontarf winds that blow across the grounds. The events being held include a ghost walk with a visit to the ancient Clontarf cemetery, which holds the ruins of the church where Stoker was baptised in 1847. There will also be an International Vampire World Championship Cloak Race.
If you are a Bram Stoker fan or just enjoy being scared out of your wits then this is the place for you to visit on Halloween. There are many different Dublin hotels for you to stay in and the friendly nature of Dublin's hospitality will have you returning again and again.
