The popular Austrian Dinner Show begins at 8:00pm. The programme is divided into three sections, each performed following one of the dinner courses. Relaxing Viennese music will play throughout the meal.
"Many cheap Vienna hotels are sure to fill quickly in anticipation of the Austrian dinner show," said Lek Boonlert, head of marketing at DirectRooms.com. "This is an exciting event that draws lots of foreign visitors for an evening of traditional music, wonderful dancing, and delicious food!"
The Austrian Dinner Show will be held at the historic Rathaus, or City Hall.
The headquarters of the local government since 1883, the structure features a large basement room designed by architect Friedrich Schmidt to be a space designated for food and drink.
In 1899, the Wiener Rathauskeller was toasted by the city's then-mayor Dr. Karl Lueger and is still known as a place of rich tradition and good taste.
Occurring at the same time as the Austrian Dinner Show are the Vienna Walzer concerts, with music from Strauss and Mozart, as well as a performance of Vivaldi's 'The Four Seasons' at the famous St. Charles Church in Vienna.
