DirectRooms.com - Toulouse Challenges Players with the Latest Games in April 2011

Online, April 18, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Alchimie du Jour will be a showcase of different games but rather than video games the show is dedicated to the classic variety such as board games, cards, role playing games and outdoor activities.

Hundreds of new board style games will be introduced at the show but attendees won't have to sit about reading the instructions as over 300 volunteers will be on hand to explain the rules and to get people up and running. The event is entirely free for everyone and people can try out the new games or attend to compete with like minded players on original classics.

The event is set up like a big living room with tables everywhere and people can just pull up a chair and join in with the action. Outside will be oversized versions of all time favourites such as chess and there'll even be an outdoor bowling alley.

The event is setting up at the Parc des Exposition de Toulouse from 22nd to 24th April 2011 and is set to double in capacity this year which is estimated to bring in around 10,000 players. With so many people visiting, hotels in Toulouse Airport are expected to be left with few spare rooms.
