Discovering A Safe Way To Drop Pounds And Feel Fully Satisfied Is The Focus Of New Raleigh Workshop
Seminar Aims At Teaching Both Women and Men how to Live Well and Healthy.
Online, March 2, 2011 (Newswire.com) - The free 2 hour evening workshop is for both men and women on how to manage their weight in a more healthy and natural way.
The class is scheduled for March 15th at 7:00pm Team Nimbus Center at 3801 Computer Dr. Suite 101, Raleigh, NC 27609. The interactive class will be taught by Vicky Rowe, health & wellness coach, and Laura Rose, a work life balance strategy coach.
"Small changes can give big results," said Vicky Rowe. "We'll share 10 tips that will get you on the road to a healthy way to eat, and look at common problems people have in their day-to-day lives that cause them to overeat or make food choices that don't work for them."
"Diets don't work, because they preach a 'one size treats all' approach. Reaching a healthy weight and finding the right mix of foods which sustains health and lets us not be hungry is something that is unique to each person, and finding that balance can greatly improve both health and weight." says Rowe.
"Also part of our class is designed to share the different perspectives that men and women have about health and a healthy lifestyle ," adds Laura Rose. "We all want essentially the same things: health, happiness, and a prosperous life. But often times, through our habits of thoughts, we sabotage our progress.
"We hope to use this workshop as a testing ground for an expanded series of courses for living well," said Rose. "Throughout those Live Well series, we will share various techniques that easily "FIT" your personality, strengths and goals. For that purpose, this seminar is focused on individual "Fitness" (finding the right FIT for you)."
This class is free but requires pre-registration for the first 25 attendees. http://weighlesslivemore.eventbrite.com
