Discovery Senior Living Community Bringing Oktoberfest to Tulsa in Name of Charity
Country Club At Woodland Hills is throwing an authentic Oktoberfest Celebration & Car Show, featuring beer, live music and traditional German fare, with proceeds benefiting the Honor Flight Network.
BONITA SPRINGS, Fla., October 23, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Upscale senior living community Country Club At Woodland Hills invites car lovers and the general public to attend the community’s Oktoberfest Celebration and Classic Car Show. The event will be held on Saturday, October 26, from 11 am until 2 pm at Country Club At Woodland Hills, located at 6333 S. 91st East Avenue in Tulsa.
Those in attendance will celebrate amidst all the traditional sights, sounds, and flavors of Oktoberfest with live music and dancing, plenty of beer, and a chef-prepared German feast of grilled brats, sauerkraut, pretzels, cold refreshments and much more.
In addition, dozens of beautifully maintained and carefully restored cars and trucks are expected, everything from antiques and classics, to muscle cars, hot rods and special interest vehicles from decades past. Proceeds from the event will benefit Oklahoma Warriors Honor Flight, which aims to send US military veterans to Washington, D.C. to visit national memorials of the respective war they fought.
