Dr. Kulkin Featured As The "Ask The Health Expert" On 11alive.com

Dr. Jay Kulkin of WIFH in Atlanta is the inaugural health expert.

Dr. Jay Kulkin is an internationally recognized laser expert, board certified physician, a trained surgeon, a teacher of laser science, a doctor with an MBA, a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and founder of WIFH in Atlanta. He has been featured on a number of TV networks including CNN, Headline News and many local Atlanta news stations.
