DR-NP Enters US Market with New Innovative Game for Life Coaches

The life coaching game is designed to meet the specific needs of group moderators for tools that allow participants to effectively deal with issues of personal development and motivation in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

DR-NP, a developer of innovative group games for life coaches, today announced the launch of a new version of its popular coaching game designed specifically for American executive coaches and group moderators.

DR-NP is a creative and exciting group game which allows participants successfully deal with issues of personal development and motivation in a casual atmosphere. The game utilizes group dynamics to improve work effectiveness and to encourage awareness and self empowerment.

DR-NP, which was developed by veteran coach and group facilitator Ruth Ofir, has been successfully sold in Israel and Europe for several years. The company has now set up a website allowing North American life coaching professionals to buy the game online.

"I started developing DR-NP when I realized that coaches and group moderators were constantly looking for new tools to boost awareness and understanding of processes affecting people," said Ofir.

"While playing DR-NP participants set personal and group targets, bypass barriers and agree to accept criticism. The game enables users to develop strategies to achieve personal and collective goals and improve their abilities to perform business tasks faster and better."

"We decided to enter the North American market now as all indicators show that the business and executive coaching market is finally recovering," added Ofir. "This is the perfect time to introduce new tools that will help more than 40,000 American life coaches achieve real results in improving their clients' business and managerial skills."

The Game of Life Coaching is designed for two to six players, particularly in guidance and training environments. DR-NP has already been successfully deployed in coaching and training sessions, workshops, task-oriented and therapy groups and other types of group dynamics.

The game has several objectives:

- To familiarize oneself with priorities, choices in life and how they are made
- To understand one's motivations and what holds one back
- To channel skills and capabilities towards satisfaction and success
- To identify goals, improve decision making and develop leadership skills

The DR-NP game model is based on adapting experiences in driving a vehicle to the way daily routines are conducted. The driver selects a destination, then travels, changes course and finally reaches his/her goal. This parallels everyday life, most of the time moving ahead, sometimes reversing, and at times not moving at all or even coming to a full stop.

While driving, decisions have to be made that affect the journey, just as decisions are made that impact one's life. By using the game board - which is based on the popular Snakes and Ladders game - and four directive theme cards, coaches can reach high quality group dynamics.
