Drupal Training at Tekriti: Come Connect with Drupal

Online, September 19, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Tekriti Software, a leading web and mobile development company has conducted a Drupal Training cum workshop at its office premises in Gurgaon on September 15, 2012. This training was done as part of "Drupal Global Training Days".

The event was primarily divided into 3 sessions:

1) A half day Drupal workshop by Vaibhav Jain, which covered topics like Introduction to Drupal, How to create a basic website in Drupal

2) A Session on "Getting Involved" covering the importance of Drupal community contribution, how to contribute and benefit from the community, GIT Basics.

3) A Panel Discussion which answered questions about Drupal from the audience.

This event was open to all students and developers who want to get a feel for drupal and learn the basics of it. Amit Goyal, Sr. Technical Manager - Tekriti who leads the training practice at Tekriti says, "We had close to 250 registrants and more than half of them are already aware of Drupal and intend to make a career in it - All signs that Drupal is thriving and gaining huge popularity in India and community here".
