Earthwise Engineering is partnering with A Hybrid Home to provide customers the necessary HERS ratings for energy improvement mortgages. These EIMs, as they are commonly referred to, offer homeowners an affordable and tax deferred way to finance energy efficiency and solar related improvements.

RESNET certifies Providers to monitor and advise Raters in their normal course of duties, and Providers in turn certify Raters who perform the actual energy audits and calculations.
