Lepide Software Pvt. Ltd. announced an updated version of eAssistance Pro Standalone Operator Console - version 1.2. The new version has undergone various changes mainly marking a new layout scheme and several other feature upgrades.

Major changes in GUI

1 Smoother chat panel for more compact assimilation of all chat features within the available space.

2 Chat Panel of the updated version has been changed such that Quick Buttons (previously appearing on the right pane of the console chat screen) have been merged with the message options appearing just above the operator response typing panel.

Newly Incorporated Features

1 The console now features unanimous Text Settings for all ongoing chats which includes common Font Style, Font Size, and Font Color.

2 Visitors tab in the Task Panel which shows complete visitor details now displays Local Time depending upon the geo-location of visitors.

3 The operator-to-operator chat window is now resizable and displays information regarding 'Which' Operator Invited 'Whom' to chat.

Bug Fixes

1 Minor issues related to 'Invite to Chat' and 'Website URL Push' has been successfully resolved which earlier showed no response.

2 Completely new Spell Checker included with better features and word range.
