East Coast Wings & Grill, a rapidly growing buffalo chicken wing concept based in Winston Salem, NC, announces the appointment of Lee Easley as Vice President of Real Estate & Unit Development.
In her new role, Easley will serve as a liaison with the sales team to assist with underwriting candidates and awarding license rights. Other main duties will include real estate market analysis/demographics, site selection, site approval and site negotiations. She will also work with the operations team on initial store design layout and oversee the construction process of each unit to ensure build out to corporate specifications.

Easley originally joined East Coast Wings & Grill in January 2007 as the company's Director of Real Estate & Unit Development. At the time, she had already been working with Ballas as a commercial real estate broker, specializing in retail and restaurants. Prior to joining East Coast Wings & Grill, she worked in banking for nearly 10 years, specifically with acquisition and development lending, and construction and mortgage loans.
The appointment comes on the heels of a monumental year for East Coast Wings & Grill. Continuing to outperform others in the casual dining segment, the burgeoning brand recently enjoyed its 31st consecutive quarter of same store sales increases and currently operates 20 restaurants throughout North Carolina. Company plans call for 70-75 additional restaurants across the country within the next five years.
