HOUSTON, TX , June 30, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Echelon Events’ team came together to set and reach business and philanthropic goals and have chosen giving back to the Houston community as a primary focus for the year.

The team recently got together and donated clothing to a local shelter. “We reached out to the shelter and took the time to find out what they really needed. Different groups have different needs, so we wanted to make sure we got this right. Then we raised the funds and bought the right clothes and supplies. It was a great experience to work together as a team, talk about which shelter we wanted to support, make a plan, and successfully complete it. I know I feel good about what our team accomplished,” said Anum.
“We have a lot of different goals planned for the rest of the year, and our team works hard on all the different goals to make what we do a success, including coming up with creative plans for giving back. Our associates have a number of good ideas, so we’ll be participating in events and doing donation drives regularly throughout the year. Everyone here really wants to give back to the people of Houston,” said Anum.

Each associate is responsible for setting and meeting their personal objectives as well, Anum explained. “We encourage team members to work with their leaders and mentors to set both short-term and long-term personal and professional goals and then work toward them.”
