Egan Medical Equipment Launches Brand-New Ebay Store

Online, July 27, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Egan Medical Equipment and Supply now has a seller account on Ebay, and is pleased to announce the grand opening of an Ebay Store, Egan Healthcare.

The name "Egan Medical" was unavailable, hence why the company's Ebay Store adopted the name of Egan Medical's parent-company, Egan Healthcare Services, Inc.

The company plans to use the new storefront to offer overstocked items at a dramatically reduced rate. Additionally, Egan Medical will occasionally offer special sales, deals and promotions available only through the company's Ebay Store, which is located at (http://) stores.ebay.com/Egan-Healthcare.

The Egan Healthcare Ebay Store will feature a slightly different product offering from that of the company's main website. The Ebay storefront will feature a wider selection of orthopedic braces and supports, including dozens of items that will not be restocked once they have sold. In addition, the Egan Healthcare Ebay Store product offerings will have a decreased emphasis on power mobility devices and other items which are traditionally billed to either Medicare or private insurance.

While some product lines will not be features to the extent they are on the main site, there will be added emphasis on soft orthopedic items, and the Ebay Store will feature a number of products not available in the walk-in store or on the main website. These include such items as health/medical domain names and even some non-healthcare related items.
