The new office is located in South Lakeland (Polk County), and will be headed by LEED Accredited Professional, Tim Milcich.

Tim has had a very successful 35 year career in commercial construction, and has developed retail spaces all across the South and Midwest. Tim recently completed a green project for Polk County in 2009, which was officially LEED certified Gold in January, 2010.

This new venture for Milcich and Ekon will be a great fit since Tim is such a committed learner who is confident when it comes to the future of conservation.
