Elite 360 Technologies Acquires Inflight Entertainment Innovator Esoteric

Tustin, CA, May 4, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Elite 360 Technologies (E360), a subsidiary of the Elite Aerospace Group, announced today that it has officially completed the acquisition of inflight entertainment (IFE) innovator Esoteric. Given the recent trends toward improving passenger experience in the commercial aviation industry, the acquisition of Esoteric, which offers an array of solutions from USB charging devices to inflight entertainment and infotainment systems, bolsters E360’s suite of IFE solutions, and significantly enhances its value proposition.  

The acquisition of Esoteric brings with it multiple patent pending technologies such as the SkyDock™ product line, as well as all the capabilities and resources necessary to continue to bring new innovative products to the marketplace. To immediately enrich its current product offering, Elite 360 Technologies will be introducing custom fabricated USB cover plates, bezels, flip up covers, and a new line of iPad and tablet armrest and side ledge tablet holders.
