Elite Moving Labor Prepares to License Brand Nationally

Elite Moving Labor announced today that they will not franchise as originally suggested, but will begin licensing their brand.

Elite Moving Labor, the nations' largest provider of licensed and insured moving labor services, announced today that they will begin licensing their brand to prospective candidates no later than April 1st, 2010. The company originally planned to franchise and announced plans to do so in the fall of 2009.

The growing moving labor services industry, spurred by the increase in customers seeking a do-it-yourself solution due to the recession, has elevated Elite Moving Labor to a unique position poised for development and growth in markets across the United States. "The services we provide are both economical and in demand. As more and more consumers seek out cheaper alternatives for their eventual move we have an opportunity to provide them with the labor only solution they need in an affordable manner", comments Brandon Scivolette, President of Elite Moving Labor.

A national campaign to create brand awareness throughout 2009 was a huge success, capturing a large portion of Internet market share and increasing monthly sales across the nation. The brand identifies the companies core services and their commitment to quality and providing friendly movers for the self service moving industry. Elite Moving Labor is the only national member of the AMLPA, American Moving Labor Professionals Association, and continues to focus on their commitment to providing the best moving labor services anywhere in the country.

"The moving labor services industry is not a glorious one, profit margins are minimal and competition is harsh" states Brandon Scivolette. "With that said, our licensing program is designed to bring affordable stability to smaller moving labor companies who may not be able to grow in their market. It puts a much larger name behind them and supports them so they can grow and compete in their local marketplace."

As opposed to franchises, the licensing program will charge a nominal monthly fee and include a one time initial fee. The initial fee will cover the setup costs including uniforms, business cards, work orders and licensor website development. The program will provide licensors with an exclusive territory, advertising assistance, toll free support and compliance assistance.

The initial details of the licensing program are available on the Elite Moving Labor website or by calling (888) ELITE-03. Sales of exclusive territories are expected to begin March 1st, 2010 and further information can be requested by contacting Brandon Scivolette.
