Embrey Management Services Earns Nine National Awards for Customer Satisfaction

Embrey Management Services has earned nine national awards for customer satisfaction from SatisFacts Insite®, a respected independent evaluator focused on the multifamily housing industry.

First, Embrey Management Services placed No. 5 on the SatisFacts 2018 Top 10 Insite® Survey Company List for its exceptional overall customer satisfaction reviews it received over the past year.

Additionally, eight Embrey Management Services properties earned 2018 SatisFacts National Resident Satisfaction Awards for providing extraordinary living experiences for residents.

Awards are earned based on the management services leadership and customer service as measured through the SatisFacts survey program score, based on a five-star rating system. To earn a company award, winners must have maintained a portfolio score of 4.0 or above based on a minimum of 100 surveys. To earn a National Resident Satisfaction award, an individual property must have at least a score of 4.0 or better in all categories surveyed.
