About Ruth Schwartz

Ruth Schwartz spent 25 years in the music industry.   She spent 10 years on the radio, owned a publishing company, a syndicated radio program, produced records, ran a mail order company and in 1983 started and built a $10 million distribution company called Mordam Records.

Today, Ruth is an internationally certified (PCC), business leadership coach, motivational speaker, author of the book, The Key to the Golden Handcuffs: Stop Being a Slave to Your Business.  She owns High Performance Advocates, a management and leadership development coaching company and is the creator of the Fail Proof Hiring Program.

Laurie Ratto is an RN and holistic practitioner.   She found herself frequently out of balance and stressed for many years juggling the roles of Mom, working RN, wife, financial officer, volunteer and more.  In her personal quest to relieve the stress and chronic physical pain without medications, she discovered the power of holistic therapies and the necessity of balance in her life.  She also realized that she needed to care not just for her physical body, but her mind and spirit as well.  These therapies and techniques so changed her life that she left traditional Western medicine in 2011 to pursue her private healing practice full time.

Her passion is to help people heal physical and emotional pain with safe, natural healing therapies so they can reclaim their life.  The therapies can stand alone or be integrated with western medicine. She is a BSN, healing touch certified practitioner, certified clinical aromatherapist and certified in guided imagery.
