EPIC Global Media Wins Platinum REMI at Houston International Film Festival

Online, April 23, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Vancouver: EPIC Global Media is pleased to announce that Tanzania- The Land of Kilimanjaro, Zanzibar & the Serengeti, a 60-second commercial produced for the Tanzania Tourism Board, has won a Platinum REMI award at the 43rd Annual WorldFest - Houston International Film Festival. WorldFest is one of the oldest film festivals in the World and honours, "outstanding creative excellence in film & video." The festival draws thousands of entries each year from all over the world.
This is EPIC's third award for the commercial, following the CINE Golden Eagle awarded in 2009 and its recent success at the Golden Stadttor (Golden City Gate) international film and media competition at the prestigious ITB tourism event in Berlin.
