Online, November 29, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Epic Realty, Inc. (http://www.homesfromepic.com) an Olympia, Washington based Real Estate Company focused on new home communities in the South Puget Sound announces a special holiday promotion in partnership with local food banks to help provide food for community families this season.

Beginning Monday, November 29 Epic Realty will donate $5.00 to every person who becomes a friend of the Epic Realty Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/epicrealty or if someone visits one of the model home communities and becomes a Facebook friend, Epic Realty will donate $10.00 to the food bank.

"Our goal is to raise a whole lot of money for those in need while also making folks aware of our newly released Facebook page. On our Facebook page we share industry news, community facts and new pricing and incentive packages direct from our builder, Rob Rice. It's important that we spread the word about our page." states Helena Rice, co-owner of Epic Realty. "This is an easy way for folks to "like" our page and in turn, give to those who need assistance in our communities. Every dollar will really make a difference. The food bank provided these statistics:

$5 will provide weekend food for a homeless child for one month
$10 will provide a box of winter product for a family of four for one month
$20 provides food for a week for a family of two
$50 provides food for a week for a family of four

On December 24, 2010, Epic Realty will deliver a check to our area food banks located in Thurston, Pierce and Lewis County.
