Eric Griffith Featured in Working Title Magazine
Sarasota, FL, August 21, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Fine art photographer and painter Eric Griffith is being featured in the Fall 2015 issue of Working Title magazine. Four of his abstract photographs of tulips are showcased in the article, demonstrating how Griffith uses light, shadows, forms and shapes to transform common objects into art forms.
Working Title provides an opportunity for fine artists residing in west central Florida and the surrounding bay area to display their work. The magazine is distributed through colleges and universities, museums, galleries, libraries and other venues throughout the Florida Gulf Coast and beyond. A lifelong photographer, Griffith worked in Europe for 24 years, shooting professionally and freelancing for various agencies and United Press International. Upon returning to the United States, he took his photography into a new direction which he characterizes as abstract photography or abstract realism. His works are being exhibited in the Hyder Gallery in Orlando.
"Art is a language that everyone can understand, and everyone brings their own perspective to it," said Griffith. "I enjoy communicating through art and I appreciate knowing that there is someone out there that I have touched through my art."
Griffith continues to pursue his passion for photography in addition to working as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. He can be reached at (941) 356-2699. For more information, please visit griffithfineartphotography.com.
