Esongwriter.com Announces Its 2010 Songwriting Winners
Online, February 28, 2011 (Newswire.com) - 2010 was the official launch of a new kind of international songwriting contest from Esongwriter.com. Winners have been announced from their first round and can expect prizes from special appearances, interviews, articles, gear, record deals, licensing, publishing deals and discounts on services. With the music industry going through an overhaul of changes, Esongwriter jumps in to bridge the gap between artists and gigs, film and television. "The right songs can generate thousands of dollars for artists around the world." says Christa Coir, CEO of CJC Music Associates and Publishing and the Entertainment Paralegal for CorberLaw. What makes this contest unique is in that they are offering prizes that will enhance the career of the independent songwriting professional or music artist. There are two contest division rounds each year (semi-annually) and there are 26 genres acceptable to submit through. 10 top winners were chosen from the adult division and one winner from the youth and instrumental division. The winners will receive a combination of awards, prizes and discounts on services, industry gear and other items that are exclusive for songwriters and artists. One grand prize winner will be selected for a record deal in 2011.
