The 3rd North India Real Estate Conclave and Awards 2015 brought together policy makers and industry stalwarts on one platform to discuss various issues, responsibilities and opportunities in the Indian real estate sector. The panel discussions witnessed some of the most prominent personalities of the real estate sector. An area of major emphasis was the several reasons and advantages of Green Buildings, and the urgency to make green practices mainstream. Besides, there was a crucial and honest panel discussion on the ongoing prolonged slowdown in the real estate sector.

The first panel discussion on “Is the real estate sector recovering from recession?”was moderated by Mr. Manish Aggarwal, Executive Director, Cushman & Wakefield India. The participants discussed the current real estate scenario, while also suggesting the future course of action under both topics besides spontaneously responding to the queries from the knowledgeable audience.
