Etech Global Services Acquires Assets of Global Contact Services' Huntington, WV Location
Acquisition expands Etech's U.S. footprint and supports growing demand from existing and new clients.
Online, May 23, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Etech Global Services, a leading business process outsourcer, today announced the acquisition of Global Contact Services' (GCS) assets in Huntington, West Virginia. GCS provides integrated customer solutions offering inbound customer care, outbound acquisition and other back office (BPO) solutions. They are well known in the insurance field with agents licensed in all 50 states for both life and health and property and casualty.
Etech Global Services is a leading contact center and technology solutions provider. Etech offers inbound and outbound voice and live chat solutions to a world-class customer base spanning numerous industries including retail, education, telecommunications, travel, and cable. In addition, Etech has been successfully supporting the insurance and financial services industries for the past ten years and has seen tremendous growth over the past 12 months, especially with the new healthcare reform law. This acquisition allows Etech to support the demand from current and new insurance clients by increasing 200 seats and adding additional experienced licensed insurance agents.
