Eton Institute to Offer FREE Language Courses for Kids in the Month of November
Online, November 1, 2009 (Newswire.com) - Eton Kids, a division of Eton Institute is offering a free course in Arabic, French and German during the entire month of November to commemorate 'Universal Children's Day'. The beginner level courses will aim to inculcate a love for different languages and cultures among children.
Dr. Eli Abi Rached, Managing Director, Eton Institute commented "A language is the best thing a parent can gift their child. The benefits of learning go far beyond just being able to speak different tongues. Studies have proven that early language instruction enhances cognitive development, creativity and divergent thinking. Multilingual children have been found to outperform their peers in tests of both verbal and nonverbal intelligence."
The Eton Kids program is developed keeping the philosophy in mind that learning is done best while having fun. The highly interactive programme takes the concept of edutainment to a whole new level. It takes children through a journey of language discovery by engaging them with games, songs & activities.
Uniquely tailored to suit the learning styles of different age groups the program caters separately to children between the ages of 4-7, 8-11 and 12-16 years. It is available in six popular languages namely Arabic, English, French, Spanish, Italian and German.
The Arabic, French and German beginner level courses will be conveniently conducted on Saturdays throughout the month of November and will be absolutely free for any child between the ages of 8-11 years. Interested parents are encouraged to book early as places are limited and are offered on a first-come first-serve basis. For more details visit www.eton.ac or call 800-ETON (8003866).
