Euro Offshore Changes Name to Modex
Bryne, Norway, September 1, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Euro Offshore changes name to Modex, effective September 1st. The change follows the merger of the two companies in April 2014. The name change is part of a group rebranding initiative to align the companies in the Modex group.
“In the year and a half that has passed since the merging of the companies, the need for this change has become clear. We have been a group since 2014, and with the renaming of Euro Offshore to Modex this unity will be more evident” says Modex CEO Eric Snellen.
“Our experience is globally integrated, while we keep our local ties. There is a lot of the Euro Offshore DNA in what will now be Modex, and the logo will stay the same. We will offer the same quality, approach to the market and good customer service that we always have. The same qualities that have made us the Norwegian market leader” says Jens Petter Broch, Regional Director Europe.
