RevenueWire is the e-business platform for affiliate marketers and digital products, which provides merchants with access to a high-performance network of affiliates and support to optimize their online sales. Their affiliates specialize in selling software and their top converting shopping cart - SafeCartâ„¢ -- is highly optimized for digital products.
The RevenueWire team was keen to work with a flexible organisation. One which could grow with them, act as an extension of their in-house team in Victoria and provide European Language support for customer inquiries.

Respondez has recruited a team of multilingual agents working in German, French and English. They are tasked with both voice calls and email response, assisting the team in Canada with their out of hours North American requests and emails, in addition to the European calls.
The senior operations team from RevenueWire travelled from Victoria to help with the agent training to ensure that the Hartlepool team were given a full overview of their business and understood the culture and importance of total customer satisfaction. Early indications are positive; the team has proven to be a real asset, complementing the team in Canada, giving additional resources, whilst managing the new influx of language support.
