Placement on the OBJ's Best Places to Work list is determined by an anonymous online survey in which Evershore Financial Group employees participated. Questions on the survey covered a wide range of issues about teamwork, job satisfaction and benefits. In the survey, Evershore employees were given the opportunity to share some of their favorite unique company benefits, which included recognition through receiving extra days off and trips to state-side and international destinations, the company’s profit sharing program, and the company’s bi-annual cruise, among others.
