Golden, CO. May  12, 2016 – – Making the perfect gift for Mother’s Day, Klein Buendel, Inc. a health communication research firm in Golden, Colorado has developed Momzing,“the amazing way to workout with your baby.”

As an evidence-based workout plan for new moms, Momzing combines yoga, pilates, cardio, strength and toning into 90 ten minute videos that new moms can complete with their baby at a time that is convenient for them. Incorporating physical activity recommendations from the American Congress of Ostetricians and Gynecologists, Momzing, provides mothers with the opportunity to bond with their baby and create a healthy lifestyle.

Momzing is designed with busy mother in mind. Klein Buendel Research Assistant and new mother, Alishia Kinsey, mentions the concern of being away from family to exercise; “As a full-time working mom, the last thing I really want to do is spend more time away from my children when I’m not working.” Another issue, “baby blues” as Alishia mentions; is a concern that many new mothers face, she continues to state that “regular exercise can really help combat some of these symptoms.”
